Registration

Registration on Aulinks allows you to create your own CV and react to new job vacanies.

You may register using our registration form.

Registration details and data can be changed in account settings.

Yes, in the career pages of the specific company you may find contact details for every branch office. 

Click on the link forgot password, enter your registered email address into the search engine and click Send. A mail will be sent to the entered email address with further instructions. 

You cannot delete your registration. You may only delete your CV, thus prohibiting any company to find you. 

Search job vacancies

You may find an open you vacancy in the following ways:

1. Using the homepage - just fill in the profession and location you're searching for.

2. Under the tab Employment Opportunities find currently available Job Vacancies - here you can set more detailed filters and search a job most sutiable for you. 

3. Under the tab Companies find a complete list of companies - The Recruiter Directory or search more broadly in The Recruitment Agencies.

Yes, you may set an automatic job vancancy search specified according to your criteria using an automatic job search agent.

Search temporary jobs

Communication

Using the Communication tool you can contact companies that are registered on Aulinks. Communication enables the jobseeker to address companies and react to job openeings and temporary jobs. 

In the list of job vacancies, temporary jobs and recruiter directory you will find a green button "reply to offer" or a "contact" button. When pressing the green button you will be redirected to a simple form, which you should fill in and by sending it to the company you will begin the process of communication. 

No you cannot check whether the company has read your message or opened your form. 

Yes, the company sees only the most recent and updated version of your CV and portfolio. 

Yes, you may reply more than once to any job vacancy of your choice, but please remember that the employer or recruiter may not appreciate your initiative. 

A targeted CV is specified or edited according to a specific job vacancy you'd like to apply for. However you may also send a targeted CV to a company that has interested you, even though this company may not have any open job positions listed. 

Creating and editing your CV

Only a registered user can create their own CV once they're signed in onto their account. In the category CV, click on 'create CV' and fill in information about yourself. After filling in all the information an automatic CV will be generated. 

Find the button Edit under your created CV and simply click on it to change your details.

Yes you can delete your CV, it will be moved to the Archive section, from there you can update and relocate it at any time. 

Yes. At the of the CV you can enter the names of companies you'd like to hide the specific CV from. 

Aulinks temporarily does not offer this service to it's users.

No you are not, you are only obliged to fill in those areas marked by a red star. 

To add contact details to your CV, go to account settings. 

You have most probably violated the terms and conditions of Aulinks. If the reason for rejection is not stated below the CV, please contact us. 

Recruiter directory

The recruiter directory contains an extended search engine, which allows you to find companies based on profession, location, alphabetical order, type or size of company. 

Yes, you can send your so-called targeted CV to this company. Simply click on the tab Contact on the company's career page.

Account settings

You may change your personal data in the account settings. 

You may add your contact data in the account settings. 

To change your password, go to account settings. Here you must type your current password, and then your new password twice for confirmation. 

You may save your profile picture in the account settings. 

  • To save click on the link 'choose a file' -> Upload new photo (crop) -> crop and save.
  • To change your photo click on delete current photo and repeat the first step. 

Registration

Registration will allow you to enjoy many benefits that are not available to non-users. These benefits are: posting job vacancies, free job vacancies and freeling acquiring contact details of our registered jobseekers (5 free contacts of your choice per month). 

Every company, which registers receives a free career page presentation of their company. The career page allows the firm to present themselves in the specific ways they choose. 

You can register your company through our registration form. A link for registration can be found on any page of Aulinks in the top-right corner. 

You may change the company's registration details in the section company settings in the user's menu after signing in as a company. 

Yes, anyone can browse the database of jobseekers, however in order to unlock and receive the contact details of the jobseeker you must be registered as a company or recruiter on Aulinks. 

Click on the link forgot password, enter your registered email address into the search engine and click Send. A mail will be sent to the entered email address with further instructions.

Yes, you can delete the company's registration. In order to do this you must either call us on +420 722 946 858 or contact use via emal on info@aulink.cz. After identifying and verifying your company and the person contacting, we will delete the company's registration. 

Browse CV's

Type the specific criteria into the search engine on the homepage or in the category CVs of the employer you're seeking for. After beginning communication with the chosen jobseeker, it is necessary to Disclose contact details (paid service "contacts").

You will find an overview of accessed contacts and CVs in the Communication section. 

Communication

Using the Communication tool you can contact jobseekers that are registered and created their CV on Aulinks. Communication enables the company to address potential jobseekers and react to received CVs.

By using Communication, jobseekers will also contact companies and employers regarding posted job vacancies, temporary help or internships. Every time that a jobseeker will contact you regarding your posted job vacancy, you will receive their message and CV in the communication section. The same information will be sent to your email, enabling you to directly reply to the candidate from your personal mailbox. 

After gaining access to jobseeker's contacts, the system will automatically switch you to communication with the chosen contacts. You can start the interview assesment immediately after opening their contact details.

You will be able to click on the button "send a message" below the jobseeker's profile picture. After pressing this button, a short form will appear which you should fill in and send to the jobseeker to begin the process of communication. 

No you cannot check whether the jobseeker has read your message.

If you have updated a job vacancy or temporary job ad after already posting or sending it, jobseekers will automatically see the most recent version of the job ad. 

Yes, you can address a specific jobseeker or their CV more than once.

Price list

You may choose from four different packages that we have prepared for you:

BRONZE - suitable for smaller companies

SILVER - suitable for middle-sized companies

GOLD - suitable for larger companies

DIAMOND - suitbale for recruitment agencies

Each package contains various selections of job vacancy ads, temporary job ads, contacts, top employer and publishing job vacancy on Facebook. More detailed description of each package and services can be found in our price list. You may also purchase each service separately according to your requirements. The benefit of purchasing packages over separate services is the relative cheaper price per service. 

Aulinks also ofers the most effective tools on the market for large-scale recruitment. You may find further information in the price list in the section for recruitment agencies. 

By clicking on 'order' below the chosen service, you will be relocated to the shopping cart (top-right corner). Click on the button 'Continue' and proceed to choose the method of payment. After payment you will be able to create job advertisements, unlock contacts or create TOP career pages for your company. 

TOP Services

TOP employer is a TOP service, which will enable you to create better and more professional career pages, it will place your company amoung the TOP employers on the homepage of Aulinks.cz. Any job position advertisements created by a TOP employer will be marked by a red 'TOP' icon on the top-left corner of the advertisement. 

TOP company logo is placed on the homepage of Aulinks.cz, it also carries with it bonus services of a TOP employer (see question no.1 for specification). 

TOP company logo - places the company logo on the Aulinks.cz homepage, this gives the chance for every jobseeker to notice your company.

TOP employer - this service classifys your company amoung the TOP employers. By purchasing this service, you will automatically receive the TOP company logo service. 

Company verification is done to verify the identity and authenticity of the company. You, as the company owner / employer or recruiter do not take part in this process, the Aulinks team will contact you personally. The Aulinks administration team verifies each and every company that registers on Aulinks, this enables a transparent and high quality environement to circulate in our job portal. 

TOP services are automatically activated after purchasing them from the price list. 

What does the user menu of a recruiter contain?

The HR recruiter's user menu is displayed in the top-right corner after signing in as a recruiter. It consists of 5 different parts:

Part 1 - Yellow - My Account, Settings

Part 2 - Green - Orders overview, Company settings, Career pages

Part 3 - Blue - Job vacancies, Temporary jobs

Part 4 - Red - Communication

Part 5 - Sign out 

My Account - In this section you will find your account overview. You can also add or change your profile picture here. A summary of your communication, advertised job vacancies or temporary jobs and a list of your purchased services. 

Settings - The settings in the yellow section of your User's menu allow you to change your name and surname, password and you will see a list of companies in which you're currently a HR recruiter. 

A. Order overview - in this section you will find a record of all your orders on Aulinks.cz. You may also check the details of your order: variable symbol, day of order, name of HR recruiter, list of purchased items, price per item, VAT, price with VAT (CZK).

B. Company settings - in company settings you are able to:

  • Edit and add: Company name, brief company description, type of company, legal form of business, number of employees, working hours, contact details. This information will automatically be updated on the company's career page. 
  • Branch offices: in this section you may add all of the company's branch offices (with no limitation in number), these will then appear on the company's career page. 

When adding a colleague to the company's account, they will receive an email with further instructions on how to register and begin working on their account. Every recruiter from the same company will be able to see and edit only the job vacancies they personally have created. 

  • This function is useful for larger companies/ corporations, or recruitment agencies which have more than two HR recruiters. 
  • One recruiter can manage more than 1 company (posting and advertising job vacancies, contacting jobseekers and communicating with potential job candidates in more than one company).
  • If a recruiter is part of a team of more than one company, they will be able to choose from the list of companies in their user's menu in the top row before the yellow part of the row. To work in another company, the recruiter will have to switch the comapny in their user's menu in the top row as explained.
  • The recruiter can see the current overview of the specific company they are working with in the top-right part of the bar in the user's menu. 

C. Career pages

Here you may see the overview of the comapny's career page. You'll find a summary of all job vacancies and temporary jobs posted by the company on Aulinks.cz, company description, contact details, opening hours and branch officies. 

You may also add or change the company logo to the career page.

Job Vacancies - This section allows you to add job vacancies if you have already purchased the service 'job advertisements'. You will also find a summary of all your current job vacancies, which you may edit and update, archive or delete. 

Temporary Jobs - This section allows you to add temporary jobs if you have purchased this service. Similarly as with the job vacancies, you will find a summary of all your temporary jobs, which you may also edit, update, archive or delete. 

Communication - Here you will find a list of all jobseekers, who have reacted or responded to your posted job vacancy or temporary job. You are able to directly communicate with them here, as well as, browse and study their CV's, consequently invite them for an interview. The system administration also allows the recruiter to archive those jobseekers who have responded but do not match the required job criteria. 

By clicking on the button 'Sign out', you will be signed out of your recruiter account on Aulinks.cz

Account settings

You can change your name and surname in "Settings" (see Part 1 - Yellow in the user's menu)

You can change the password in "Settings" (see Part 1 - Yellow in the users menu). First you must type your old password, then twice for confirmation your new password.

Profile picture is the photo of the HR recruiter, it is displayed in the right pane "contact person" in job vacancies.

Company logo is solely the company's logo, it is displayed in the firm's career page and in the list of job vacancies and temporary jobs. 

The profile picture in career pages is the background photo behind the company's name and logo. This profile picture allows the company to present their company in unique ways. It creates space for creativity and independance. 

We recommend to combine thematically and colour-wise the logo and profile picture together in order to create a clever integration of the two.

You can change the recruiter's profile picture in "My profile" (see Part 1 - Yellow in the user's menu)

To save click on the link "Change profile picture" -> click on or move here your photo -> crop and save. 

To change the profile picture click on "Delete old picture" and repeat procedure for saving.

You can change the company's logo in  "Career pages" (Part 2 - Green in the user's menu)

To save click on the link "Change logo" -> click on or move here your photo -> crop and save. 

To change the profile picture click on "Delete old picture" and repeat procedure for saving.

Orders and invoicing

You will be granted access to the ordered services as soon as the payment has been settled. 

Career pages

Every company registered on Aulinks will receive a free career page for their company. This brings every firm a unique opportunity for tailored company presentation according to the needs and demands of the employers. 

TOP career pages can be create after purchasing the service of a "TOP employer" (see price list).

To change information on the company's presentation page, go to the green part of the user's menu and find "Company settings".

Aulinks temporarily does not offer this service to it's users.

The company's career page cannot be deleted, this would require an entire account deactivation. In case you would want to delete the company's career page, please call us on +420 722 946 858 or write us an email info@aulinks.cz. After validating the company and the contacting person, we will deactivate your company. 

Company settings

To edit the company settings, go to the green part of the user's menu to section "Company settings".

To change or update the company's contact details, go to the green part of the user's menu to section "Company settings".

You can change the company's logo in "Career pages" (Part 2 - Green in the user's menu)

To save click on the link "Change profile picture" -> click on or move here your photo -> crop and save. 

To change the profile picture click on "Delete old picture" and repeat procedure for saving.

You can add a branch office to your comapny in the green part of the user's menu in the section "Company settings". Click on branch office -> add branch office and complete the form. 

In the chosen branch office click on "edit".

Yes you can delete a branch office, by clicking on "delete".

To add a new recruiter to the company, go to the green part of the user's menu in the "Company settings".

When a colleague will be invited to the company's account, they will receive a link via email, by clicking on which they can register and begin working in their account. Every recruiter can later see and edit only the job vacancies they have created. 

  • This tool is useful namely for larger companies/ corporations or recruitment agencies who have multiple recruiters employed. 
  • A recruiter can administrate more than one company (post job vacancies, contact and communicate jobseekers).
  • In the area below the recruiter's name, in the top-right pane of the user's menu, the recruiter can see which company they are currently working in on the Aulinks job portal.

 

The recruiter can update and edit their contant details in their account settings. 

The recruiter can be deleted only by the company's administrator. 

Yes, however the company/ies must invite you to be a recruiter in their company. If a recruiter is a part of a team in a few companies, they can switch the companies they are working with in the user's menu (before the yellow part a list of their companies will appear). If the recruiter will want to work in another company, he can simply switch in the list. 

Yes, the first recruiter to register a company can also assign administrator rights to other colleagues registering for the same company.
